This Necklace was created to symbolize freedom, it is carved out of copper, and anodized with an antiquing liquid.

Jewelry: 'Nesting' Cuff Bracelet

This piece was created by Cami Dyan to exemplify the Similarities between how birds create their home by making a nest, and how humans make their house a home by decorating it.

Artists Bio

Cami Dyan is a multi-disciplinary artist from Calgary, Alberta. Often described as creative, exuberant, and confident, she started her drumming and percussion career at the age of 10 when receiving drum lessons for her birthday. As she started to grow into a young woman she discovered her other passions: singing, dancing, crafting, sewing, baking, and various performance arts.

During attending Lord Beaverbrook High School, she worked on furthering her musical and artistic talents and knowledge with the help of Mike Sakatch, Ross MacIntyre, Owen Chan, Karen Towsley, Ella Haggis, Brendan Jewitt, Julie Porcheron, and many more.

Very passionate about what she does, she is always seeking new inspiration for her projects and performances. On her way into the world and onto post secondary, she is excited to see what the art world will bring to her.
